Given the fact that Cavalier Travel has heritage and have operated for over 25 years in corporate travel we had to ensure the rebranding project we were undertaking did not alienate their existing client base, however was appealing and encouraged new business and growth potential.
We used our Brand Evolva process to clearly define the Cavalier Travel audience, both current and future targets, positioning, brand personality and unique proposition. This lead the way for development of their brand identity, which was then transferred onto a new look website, corporate collateral, marketing collateral and advertising.
Due to the nature of the travel business, quick and easy communication was vital for Cavalier to communicate with their client base. We built their website with an integrated blog news function, as well as a fully integrated newsletter writing, editing and delivery system that was traditionally done through a third party. The website is also kept up to date with a comprehensive Content Management System (CMS), allowing Cavalier staff the ability to easily update or make changes to their website on an immediate basis.
